Your new employer
Your new employer is the largest company in its field in Australia where they employ over 6,000 people nationally and operate over 5,300 trucks from more than 250 branches, as well as a range of static facilities.
Your new role
The Administration Supervisor role is accountable for the coordination of the administration team, directing and executing workflow, implementing administration processes and supporting the management team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Support management with admin functions
2. Customer dispute/credit resolution
3. Manage and coordinate team
4. Preparing internal financial/audit reports
5. Maintenance of data records
6. Supervise and train team members
7. Maintain end of week and month financial tasks within the operating system
8. Evaluate current operations to identify and implement process improvements
9. Reconciliation of reports
10. Raising purchase orders for internal and external stakeholders
Your experience
1. Previous experience in a similar role with tertiary qualifications
2. Experience in managing/supervising administrative teams and administrative personnel
3. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
5. Proven track record involving process simplification & standardization
