This is an opportunity to lead a joint health and social care Community Adult learning Disability Service.
· Leadintheassessment,planning,implementation,andevaluationofcareacrossMK CTALDandensurethatstaffhaveaworkingknowledgeoflocal,nationalpoliciesandlegislationwhichgoverncurrentserviceprovision.
· Workwithpartneragencies(statutoryandthirdsector)toprovideeffectivestrategies to proactively manage the care of individuals with complex needs.
· Toworkinacreativewaytoensurecontinuousdevelopmentandnewinitiativesinthe ways of working. The post-holder will have leadership and operational responsibility for managing MKCTALD.
·Tooverseetheprovisionofqualityevidence-basedpractice/interventions,support, and care for users across all the MK CTALD service.
· The post holder will be expected to offer overall professional clinical leadership and managementtoallleadswithintheteamthatmakeuptheMK CTALDservice,tomanageand coordinate staff and clinical activity and have overall responsibility for the professionaldevelopmentandsupervisionofpractice.
· Toprovidespecialistpracticaladviceonthecareandclinical managementofusers of the services and to support staff, other agencies, and other statutory services to provide integrated services to enable improved health and well-being outcomes for service users.
· To work on maintaining the high standards of performance and care. Toensuresufficientstaffinglevelsacrossthecurrentworkingpatterns.
