We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our growing New Business Team at Highworth Insurance. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful arm of the business and develop your experience and career within High-net-worth and Non-Standard Insurance. You will be responsible for driving new clients and working closely with introducers and Directors to achieve objectives.
About you:
* You will have experience developing and building relationships within the Insurance sector.
* You must have a passion for excellent customer service and winning new clients.
* You will have experience in negotiating terms and premiums with insurers.
* You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, as this will allow you to identify and explore opportunities to drive the best possible outcome.
* You are willing to learn, as every day will be different.
* You are consultative, have the ability to question effectively and will be an active listener; you will take the time to fully understand client requirements and be able to advise on products and solutions – thinking about client needs and referring identified opportunities.
