Temporary Staffing Manager - Fixed Term Until December 2025

To succeed, you will demonstrate previous experience of leading and motivating a team within a customer-centric environment (ideally a recruitment/agency/temporary staffing environment) and able to evidence adopting a consistent approach of continuous improvement by leading on service improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will have a high level of analytical skills and the ability to think and plan strategically, tactically, and creatively whilst adjusting plans and resource requirements accordingly.

As the Temporary Staffing Manager, you will proactively work with the Divisional teams and Heads of service to support the development of robust processes and supply of temporary staff. You will take an active role in the creation of strategies to identify future demand and supply of our temporary workforce both internally via our bank and externally through our preferred suppliers.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Master's degree or equivalent level of experience
Knowledge and Experience
* Experience of leading and motivating large teams within a customer-centric environment (ideally a recruitment/agency/temporary staffing environment)
* Experience of having led the operational management of a high-performing service and adopting a consistent approach of continuous improvement within a large and/or complex organisation
* Experience and understanding of legislation relating to workforce management; including but not limited to the European Working Time Directive
* Experience of working within the NHS
* Experience in delivering customer-based front line advice and guidance to managers and workers in relation to temporary staffing
