Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
* Complete all administrative tasks and reporting in a timely manner.
* Utilise the company's computer system to record appointments, feedback, and relevant data.
* Work towards achieving sales targets, including sales, valuations, instructions, exchanges, and financial services leads.
* Extensive telephone work, maintaining communication between clients and potential buyers.
* Negotiate between clients and buyers to secure successful sales.
* Ensure plot progression to successful exchange and completion.
* Carry out market research to stay informed on the latest trends.
What We're Looking For:
* A willingness to work weekends and adapt to the working hours.
* Proven experience of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong telephone and communication skills.
* Professional manner, with a well-presented appearance.
* A reliable, honest, and motivated individual.
* Prior sales or customer service experience in New Homes is a plus.
* Knowledge of the New Homes sector and the current property market.
* A full UK driving licence.
