Job Title: Trainee Estate Agent - New Homes

Salary: OTE: up to £55,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm, if you work a Saturday you will receive a day off in lieu.
Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role will be driven, ambitious, and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who want to create a long-term career; you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.
Duties will include:
* Qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to our available new homes properties.
* Responding quickly and efficiently to all enquiries received through multiple sources.
* Booking and accompanying clients to view properties or to conduct the Sale process “off-plan”.
* Negotiating offers and liaising with Developers.
* Delivering the highest levels of customer service without exception.
* Generation of business referrals to our Mortgage Business and to other divisions of The Acorn Group.
