EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Essential criteria
1. Registered Health Professional
2. Educated to Masters level or equivalent level of highly developed specialist knowledge and experience
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE
Essential criteria
3. Recent experience within a community CMHT role at band 6 or demonstrate transferable experience
4. Able to demonstrate specialist knowledge in clinical assessment, treatment and care for people’s mental health
5. Practical experience of facilitating and managing change
MANAGERIAL SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
6. Evidence of proactive involvement in supervision and development of members of the multi- disciplinary team
7. Demonstrable ability to prioritise effectively
PERSONAL QUALITIES / ATTRIBUTES
Essential criteria
8. Able to communicate effectively at different levels of an organisation in both verbal and written form, for example with staff, patients, visitors or external organisations in the exchange of very highlycomplex, sensitive or contentious information, which will require the use of negotiating and/or persuasive skills.
9. Inquisitive and eager to learn, asks questions and responds positively to change in practice/procedure. Seeks ways to improve self and others.
