Are you passionate about supporting the bond between parents and babies?
Healthy Little Minds is seeking an experienced and caring Family Support Worker to join our team providing a parent-infant relationship service. In this role you will work directly with parents, carers and infants providing assessments, 1:1 evidence-based interventions and group work to support infant mental health.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Ability to manage allocated cases and a commitment to integrated working.
* Experience of working with vulnerable children, young people and adults, from a variety of backgrounds, in an outcome focused way.
* A good knowledge and understanding of child development, baby brain development, bonding and attachment and the needs of babies and families.
* Ability to conduct assessments and analyse findings to formulate action plans, and the ability to produce high quality written records and reports.
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
