Terberg DTS UK is looking for a HR Administrator to join our exciting HR team What is the job role? To provide proactive HR Administration support and to ensure effective employee engagement, recruitment, retention, training and development of all employees in line with company policies, quality standards and legislation. To support, facilitate, guide and advise managers and employees in line with company policy. To cover reception during lunch time and holidays, and be the first point of contact for callers and onsite visitors. Requirements And What We Are Looking For Build positive and professional relationships with colleagues and the management team. Uphold and follow Company policies and procedures at all times. Assist with the development and updating of new HR Policies and manage the implementation of company policies. Promote a positive and professional image of the business. Assist with all day to day HR queries from line management and employees. Support with the recruitment process, including advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and assessments. Engage with new starters throughout the onboarding process, ensuring that all pre employment checks are managed in an timely and accurate manner. Maintain accurate employee records to include, employee databases, personnel files, third party contacts etc. Support in the design and delivery of the internal induction process. General HR administration. Manage the holidays and ensure that holidays are taken and booked in line with the holiday agreement. Previous experience in a fast paced HR environment. Excellent, high level / advanced skills of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Good knowledge of PowerPoint. Support the HR Manager in recording employee absenteeism, ensuring comprehensive and meaningful Return to Works take place and accurate records maintained. Recording annual appraisals and collating training / development plan requirements. Assist the HR Manager with delivering the communications charter including following up annual appraisals, career development and training. What do Terberg DTS offer you?
