Job Description
Designing and managing architectural projects from inception to completion.
Be responsible for commissioning, programming, and client liaison throughout the project process, reporting progress to your line manager.
Assist other architectural staff as required and coordinate contributions of all members of the Multi-disciplinary Design Teams.
Promote and develop high standards of design and construction, with an emphasis on value for money.
Contribute to the company's success through personal performance, supervision, and proactive leadership where required.
Implement the company’s Health & Safety Policy Statements, including risk assessment procedures.
What we’re looking for:
* Enthusiastic UK Registered Architect with experience in a senior role, including team management responsibilities.
* Strong understanding of building design, construction, and cost planning.
* Knowledge of building contract law, with experience in JCT and NEC contracts.
* Awareness of innovative procurement and construction techniques, especially related to Net Zero Carbon initiatives, contracts, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
* High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D visualization, and NBS.
* Experience in Education, public buildings, Healthcare, and Blue Light sectors is desirable.
* A brief e-portfolio of recent work demonstrating compliance with the above criteria.
