As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) you have been assessed as competent in practice using your expert clinical knowledge and skills. You will be conscious of your freedom and authority to act and make autonomous decisions in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients. At ICO Health Group we are using a tool called Doctaly Assist which allows us to use WhatsApp to help patients to be seen faster by a wider variety of healthcare professionals. Doctaly Assist is a platform that allows our patients to use WhatsApp to talk to the GP practice. The majority of our appointments are now made through this platform and also is used for chronic condition reviews. The Surgery has a supportive environment with opportunities for training.
