Vacancy Details
In the QA Admin Support position, you will support and create the quality system and documentation in an organised and structured way in accordance with the Severfield quality system. You will assist the smooth running of the QA System and ensure all information is correct before uploading relevant documentation.
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Assisting the GQAS Manager in the preparation and coordination of internal audits across the group.
* Coordinate the review of documentation and identify if the documentation is correct/incorrect & update and notify the responsible department for updates.
* Upload information and certification onto the relevant system (workspace - the QA data management system).
* Follow data input protocols to ensure the information for the Quality team is located in the correct place and ensure all electronic filing systems are kept up to date.
* Ensure all administration databases and tracking tools are up to date and correct.
* Support of the QMS documentation and issuance.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams and organise and perform quality and systems internal audits.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the creation and maintenance of quality and technical documentation is completed.
* Completion of other reasonable tasks that may be asked by the business.
Key Skills & Experience
Reporting to the Group Quality Assurance Systems Manager, you will be part of the quality team. You'll have previous experience in administration with exceptional attention to detail and good IT skills. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll be comfortable prioritising your workload and be a natural problem solver. A basic understanding of quality affairs and experience of assisting with internal audits would be desirable but not essential.
