Assistant PFI Project Manager
We are seeking an Assistant PFI Project Manager to support a leading PFI contract in East Anglia. You will oversee complex capital works from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, contract requirements, and best practices.
Job Details:
* Salary: £50,000 plus Bonus + competitive package
* Location: East Anglia
* Contract Type: PFI Facilities Management contract

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management & Capital Variations: Support and deliver capital works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects align with RIBA stages, CDM regulations, and site management protocols.
* PFI Contract Administration: Manage lifecycle works, contract obligations, and stakeholder expectations.
* Construction & QS Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to oversee and deliver high-value capital projects.
* Stakeholder & Risk Management: Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.
Who We Are Looking For:
* Proven Project Management experience within healthcare or PFI contracts.
* Background in Construction or Quantity Surveying (QS) within PFI.
* Knowledge of PFI contract administration, lifecycle works, and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience managing capital works programmes.
* Ability to take ownership of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
