As the Senior Researcher you will play a pivotal role involves research initiatives to drive advancements in sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Researcher will include: Conduct innovative research in the fields of wastewater treatment and anaerobic digestion. Supervise research projects aimed at improving reactors for these processes. Display proficiency in biological electrochemical systems, including microbial electrolysis cells and microbial fuel cells. Assess, implement, and integrate advanced technologies to optimize research outcomes. Promote high standards in research methodologies and project management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to incorporate research advancements into practical applications. Facilitate large-scale testing to support commercial commissioning and optimization. Partner with industry stakeholders to boost research capabilities and contribute to the advancement of the field. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field. PhD in a relevant scientific field. Strong interest in biological electrochemical systems and related technologies. Enthusiasm for hands-on experimentation and research activities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills and eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic research team.
