About the role: As an Artwork Coordinator at THG, you will work with our inhouse design team and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that brand identity, regulatory requirements, and print standards are flawlessly executed. Note: this role is not a design role, this role will be: Responsible for all artwork approvals across all divisions and locales Liaise with suppliers to provide artworks and proofs Attend press passes where applicable to ensure colour consistency across packaging formats Coordinate the artwork process from initiation to print, liaising with, design, and print suppliers to ensure all packaging meets regulatory, branding, and printability requirements. Act as the primary contact for layout, design, and artwork production queries, reviewing and approving artwork for production. Provide clear project updates, define timelines, and ensure changes are actioned within agreed KPIs. Identify design or printing issues, propose solutions, and follow up until they are resolved. Support internal teams by delivering high-quality packaging artwork for product launches and updates. Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the Artwork and Design department. What skills and experience do I need for this role? Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in repetitive tasks. Strong problem-solving skills, investigating and resolving issues efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in IT systems, with the ability to adapt to new software and platforms quickly. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in supply chain, sports nutrition, or wellness industries is advantageous. Familiarity with design, printing, or packaging management processes and proofreading documents is beneficial. What’s in it for me?
