Forrest Recruitment is currently working with a long-established firm based in Birkenhead who are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant/Secretary to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the legal field and develop valuable skills in Conveyancing.
Key duties will include:
1. Liaising with clients, estate agents, referrers & other parties/solicitors
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
3. Setting up files for completion and dealing with post-completion
4. Downloading mortgage offers and requesting redemption statements
5. General administration of files – printing of emails/documentation/opening and closing of files
The ideal candidate will need previous experience in a conveyancing role and excellent organisational skills.
