Supporting a mix of senior stakeholders from Partner to Director level, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives in a polished corporate environment, and brings strong organisational instincts. The team is collaborative and fast-moving, and the successful candidate will be someone who takes ownership, remains calm under pressure, and enjoys being part of a professional and dynamic business. Key responsibilities: Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across global time zones Coordinating international travel, including visa arrangements and detailed itineraries Preparing documents, presentations and reports ahead of meetings Acting as a trusted point of contact and gatekeeper to senior stakeholders Processing expenses and handling day-to-day administrative tasks Providing ad hoc support across wider team projects and business initiatives About you: Previous experience supporting senior individuals in a corporate or financial services setting Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Confident managing shifting priorities and staying composed in a fast-paced setting Clear, professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of building strong working relationships Tech-savvy, with solid Microsoft Office skills and confidence using scheduling tools This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, well-established firm with a strong internal culture and excellent long-term prospects.
