The Registry Assistant provides an efficient and effective administration support service across Shetland UHI. This role requires a degree of flexibility: you will be primarily based in our Lerwick/ Scalloway Campus but may be required to provide support in our Scalloway/Lerwick Campus.
The purpose of this post is to work as part of a team to provide administrative support throughout Shetland UHI to ensure efficient and effective procedures and processes are in place and implemented.
The Registry Section within Shetland UHI cover Admissions, Student Records, Commercial/Short Course and Apprenticeship administration, Examinations Officer, the administration of student fees/funding records and reception.
The main areas of responsibility include:
* Student records administration
* Student information systems
* Other administration duties
* Reception duties
