Job Description: As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the store team by coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager when needed, and delivering great customer service. You will also be responsible for ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, managing diligence checks and stock accuracy, and supporting the Store Manager with HR processes.
