The Role:
We are seeking a flexible, resilient, and hardworking Office Administrator to join the Support Team. The successful candidate will support the Academy’s administrative functions, act as the first point of contact for visitors, and handle sensitive information while liaising with staff, parents, students, and external bodies to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in a busy reception/office environment and good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
2. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.
3. Energetic, enthusiastic, calm, organized, and approachable.
4. Commitment to working with young people and setting clear guidelines for them.
