This role could be ideal for you if you are an experienced Administrator / Co ordinator, enjoy working autonomously, can multi task, have a professional and confident telephone manner and a good level of PC skills. This busy role is key to ensure the smooth running of the Company, including ensuring customers calls are handled efficiently, and engineers are scheduled to jobs in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction, and company reputation is upheld, and much more. Specific responsibilities include: Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their customer journey, via phone calls, emails and messaging, ensuring a seamless experience Fact finding re enquiry, scheduling of engineer to visit, taking into account time allocation and route planning Recording all information on the CRM ( ServiceM8) Follow up with customer to ensure that they are happy with the service received and resolving complaints. Monitoring and reviewing of CRM system to ensure all jobs have been invoiced, checking for errors. As required, sending invoices, chasing and taking payments. Collate Engineers hours and timesheets to submit to payroll Helping sourcing and ordering of materials and liaising with engineers to ensure jobs completed satisfactorily Helping to develop and document systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency. Experience within the Heating / Plumbing sector is helpful but not essential.
