We are currently looking for a Team Administrator to join our Manchester City Centre office. The role is full time sitting within a team of 4 Property Assistants, who support a 30 strong Surveying Team which looks after Commercial Properties such as Shopping Centres, Leisure Schemes, Offices and Out of Town Retail.

Team Overview:
The role is very specific to the Property Management Division, working alongside the Surveyors in their day to day responsibilities. Key administrative duties include managing a central inbox and electronic filing system, assisting with drafting client reports, property data system administration, writing and sending out letters to tenants, some diary management, and organizing meetings and travel requirements. It is a very busy office, team, and environment, and the role will include ad hoc duties with no two days being the same.
