Salary: £20,000-£26,000, based on experience and qualificationsKey Responsibilities:

Support the development and learning of children in a safe, nurturing environment.
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest times.
Keep accurate records and maintain effective communication with the team.Essential Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
