We have an exciting opportunity to join our International Credit Services team on a part time (21 hours per week) fixed term contract until September 2025.
The purpose of this role is to work across the International Credit Services Team, performing various credit control activities to reduce the overall risk of bad debt.
Key responsibilities:
1. Cash Collection on covering various Customer Accounts for PRH and our 3rd Party Publishers
2. Query Management to ensure quick resolution, meeting business needs and targets
3. Pro-active payment chasing reducing the risk of bad debt
4. Manage high value/high volumes of claims/marketing deductions via excel spreadsheets
5. Full monthly/weekly reconciliations, taking ownership of allocated accounts
6. Balancing priorities to meet deadlines and agreed month end targets
7. A contact for the customer to direct all queries to
8. Liaise directly with publishers and customers to ensure disputes are settled in a timely manner.
9. Develop market awareness and commercial knowledge of PRH
What you’ll bring:
1. This role will suit someone who is team focused and self-motivated. You will be confident working individually on your own workload and hitting deadlines, whilst being part of a wider team.
2. A good team player with good communication skills.
3. Experience of handling multiple currencies
4. Your attention to detail and ability to process high numbers of emails will be important, alongside a disciplined and structured approach to planning and organising your workload.
5. You will possess strong IT and systems skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential.

£23,000 - £25,000 FTE (£13,800 - £15,000) depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus benefits.
