Fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to join the Queens of Apostles Senior OSHC - Stafford, to cover parental leave.

We are seeking a dedicated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator to lead Queen of Apostles Senior OSHC on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This is a full-time role of 38 hours per week, initially covering a parental leave period of around 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension.
Our service provides before and after school care, as well as vacation care, for up to 75 children.
Our Senior and Junior Stafford OSHC services are closely connected, so you’ll have someone to collaborate with. Additionally, you will be working closely with an experienced senior portfolio manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks.
* Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program.
* Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
Job Requirements:
* Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
* Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
* A strong understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place.
* Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software.
* Proven leadership and team development skills.
