Job Role & Responsibilities: As a Sales Order Processor, you will be an integral member of our clients dynamic Customer Care Team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external Sales Teams, Logistics and Transport. Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system. Verify order details, including product availability and pricing, ensuring all information is correct before processing. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and any potential issues that may arise. Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders in a prompt manner. Management of the order queues Setting priorities, understanding and working to deadlines Support the team by performing additional administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Previous experience within a similar role is required. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
