About the role
The MIS department are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Exams Coordinator to join the FE Exams team. This is a fast-paced and diverse role which involves working across multiple exam boards and liaising with staff across all curriculum areas. The role includes responsibility for processing on demand and national dated exams, entries and achievements. The right applicant will need a keen eye for detail, be able to manage their own workload to internal and external deadlines and work well under pressure.
Other duties will include:
Ensure that all Exam Board Rules and Regulations are disseminated and upheld.
Answer routine enquiries from staff, students and the exams term adhering to our Data protection policy.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of Exam Board Rules and Regulations
Ensure all exams are entered timely and accurately and invigilated to the highest possible standard.
About the person
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of exam board rules and regulations and experience of working in a busy office is essential.
Candidates should also have:
GCSE English & maths grade 4-9 or equivalent
Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience
An excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy, always maintaining confidentiality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A strong ability to work as part of a team, supporting and sharing knowledge.
Ability to work calmly in a pressurised office environment.
Ability to analyse and assimilate information quickly.
Ability to deal with problems calmly and methodically.
