Job Title : Administrator Rate: £18.65 per hour Shifts: (Night shifts)9.30pm – 7.30am 4 days on, 4 days off. Contract: 2 months Location: Coventry Role Objective: Join our clients scheduling and delivery administration team where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their Field and Contact Centre operations. You will collaborate with field managers and operatives to ensure our field operations are timely and accurate across our region. As a Schedule & Delivery Technician, you will manage the workflow for our field operatives and technicians in real-time, ensuring they receive the right work at the right time. Key Accountabilities: Schedule customer-appointed and proactive work for field technicians and repair crews. Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets with real-time data on workforce allocation, ensuring accurate tracking of personnel assigned to outstanding jobs." Adhere to service levels that meet customer and company expectations. Manage and adjust the workflow dynamically to meet changing priorities and service levels, ensuring both customer and business needs are met. Experience & Capabilities: To excel in this role, you should have: Good IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of managing customer expectations.
