What We’re Looking For: Experience in HR administration, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. CIPD Level 3 is essential, CIPD Level 5 is desired, CIPD Level 7 would be a bonus. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills to provide HR support and guidance to staff.
