As a Senior Business Process Analyst at Aston Martin, you'll be key in optimising business processes to enhance overall performance and profitability. Reporting to the Director of Business Process, you'll play an integral role in analysing and improving end-to-end processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals. You'll build strong working relationships between the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and business process owners and lead the deployment of Execution Management System (EMS) projects to maximise business value. You will be joining a small, recently formed and highly motivated team, and will have the unique opportunity to shape team processes and help secure significant cost savings, ensuring the function is self-sustaining. You'll also have access to some of the market's most innovative tools and technologies. In this role, you'll lead EMS projects to improve and optimise business processes and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and legal standards. You’ll implement best practices to enhance efficiency, work closely with cross-functional leaders to identify business needs and opportunities for growth and manage change by developing strategies for successfully adopting new processes. Additionally, you'll maintain a library of business process maps, train stakeholders on updates, define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor improvements, and collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions. What You’ll Need Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and able to drive strategic change and inspire collaboration across departments. A degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Experience optimising business processes, managing complex projects, and navigating organisational change. Knowledge of business process management tools, technical deliverables, and core enterprise systems. An understanding of key business processes, such as procurement, manufacturing, and IT services.
