Job summary We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team on the Discharge Lounge at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, use their own initiative and work well within a team. You must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills and customer service. The discharge lounge is a fast paced, ever changing environment with a diverse clientele on a day to day basis. There is a variety of IT and computer work involved within the role For example, patient documentation, online booking of transport, information gathering from online patient records. Other main duties include communication with families, care homes and community teams both verbally and electronically.
