Personal Assistant My client is currently looking for a Personal Assistant based in Coventry. The primary role for this position is to provide secretarial and administrative support. We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent customer service skills, along with extensive knowledge of the organisational aims and objectives. Job Description: Maintaining and managing a diary ensuring that all meetings are scheduled within appropriate timescales. Preparing itineraries for travel overseas. Liaising and negotiating with travel agents or hotels as required. Making arrangements for all meetings. Support with arranging office events. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. Liaising with Facilities Management to address Health and Safety issues arising. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business, providing a professional and knowledgeable service. Handling queries from the internal and external customer in order to solve their problems ensuring customer satisfaction. Raising and managing PO's and the process linked to completion for facilities. Completion of monthly expenses on Concur, to include calculating mileage for travel.
