Marketing Executive| Malvern | Full Time | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH | £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Our client is a leading provider of cold storage and refrigeration solutions for retail environments. They specialise in refurbishing refrigerated cabinets, freezer cabinets, and cold rooms to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Their projects range from convenience stores to Supermarkets. The successful candidate will be working with the Internal Sales and Marketing Manager to plan and carry out the marketing strategy and campaigns for the departments within the company. In addition to supporting the Sales and Marketing team in adhering to processes and administration requirements. Please note- candidates must be based near WR13 5EQ to commute to the office for 3 days a week. Are you the right person for the job? Minimum of 1 years' experience in a marketing-based role, ideally with exposure to digital marketing Experience with CRM systems is preferred Content Skills: Ability to create engaging written and visual content for digital platforms. Strong ability to track, report, and analyse data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills A desire to learn and grow within the marketing field, developing your knowledge of marketing theories and digital tools What will your role look like? Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Updating and maintaining internal systems including the CRM system and other file / data management systems Creating written and visual content for various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to; websites, social media channels, internal channels, email marketing Developing an understanding of key marketing theories to carry out and develop marketing campaigns with the Marketing Manager Reporting on data and trends on a regular basis to identify the progress of marketing and sales campaigns Developing and following internal processes to support the Marketing & Sales team Working closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various departments Developing engaging written and visual content for digital marketing channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, and internal communications Data & CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems and other data management tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Tracking, analysing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance, identifying trends and providing insights to improve strategies Following established processes to support the smooth running of the Marketing & Sales teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
