Role Overview: Are you ready to shape the voice and vision of a global leading brand? As Content and Design Manager at JATO, you will lead the charge in designing, building, and executing the business content strategy. Your mission will be to develop a consistent brand identity and elevate JATO’s presence in the global market. In this pivotal role, you will guide and direct storytelling across all platforms, supporting both demand generation activities and standalone projects. As an integral part of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the Marketing function, other departments, and subject matter experts to ensure consistency in brand, design, and narrative. This role has one direct report, a Visual Designer. Key Responsibilities: Design, build and execute the Content Strategy to create and manage content that supports the business objectives and desired brand identity across all channels including, but not limited to, digital, web, social. Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to create a web content strategy that supports business goals and brand image. Create and manage targeted content for demand generation campaigns and social media programs. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including campaign managers, PR managers, freelance writers, and designers. Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year Analyze user engagement metrics using content management frameworks. Write SEO-optimized content using target keywords. Continuously improve and optimise content across all channels. Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities. Ensure content complies with copyright and data protection laws, creating various types of content to engage prospects and customers. Key Requirements: 5 years’ experience in content marketing. Experience of building and executing B2B lead generation campaigns. Experience developing simplified messaging from complex propositions. Experience in building GTM propositions and executing in global and local markets. Detailed knowledge of SEO-driven content requirements. Ability to come up with fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity and lead generation objectives. Proven record of creating effective content for specific audiences globally. Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices. Attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language.
