What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in electrical/electronic or mechatronic engineering (or equivalent).
* Proven knowledge of AC/DC and servo VSDs (sizing motors from first principles is a plus).
* Experience with PLC, SCADA/HMI, Fieldbus protocols, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
* Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
* Commercially aware with an appreciation of industry drivers and costings.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team on diverse, ever-changing projects.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

* Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy a mix of office and remote work to suit your lifestyle.
* Growth Opportunities: Be part of a growing team where your skills will shape our future.
* Innovative Culture: Join a company that values quality, partnership, and cutting-edge technology.
