This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the company’s Stoke-on-Trent office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and drive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, grow sales, and foster global customer loyalty
2. Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns and content creation, ensuring engaging and consistent brand messaging and visual identity
3. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and deliver successful product launches
4. Lead and inspire the marketing team, providing direction and development while managing budget and resource allocation
5. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
6. Monitor performance using data-driven insights to refine and maximize ROI across all marketing efforts
