Overview
Spark Foundry is looking for an OOH Account Director FTC for 12 months. As an OOH Account Director at Spark, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge, data-driven OOH solutions for high-profile clients. You will be responsible for developing strategic growth plans and pioneering innovative media strategies. Your role involves collaborating closely with the Business Director to align with agency objectives, motivating a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. You'll ensure we consistently deliver outstanding service and maximize client ROI by leveraging the latest in technology and insights.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Growth & Strategy: Deliver billing targets and develop SMART client plans. Capture and leverage insights to identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth.
* Planning & Management: Oversee OOH planning and buying, ensuring every campaign meets SLAs and exceeds client expectations. Optimize resources and maximize process efficiencies.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, planners, and media partners. Become a trusted advisor and advocate for OOH media innovation.
* Forecasting & Reporting: Regularly monitor commercial performance. Ensure alignment with client targets and contractual commitments, addressing risks proactively.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a talented team, ensuring they have the resources and support to succeed. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* OOH Expertise: Extensive experience in OOH planning and buying, with a deep understanding of both traditional and digital media landscapes.
* Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions that align with client objectives.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
* Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, media owners, and agency partners.
* Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
