Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a fixed term, full time (36.25 hours per week) HR Officer, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington, with a salary of £28,859-£31,935 per annum [Pro-rata for part time hours if applicable]
If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the HR Team at CCHA as a HR Officer. To be successful in the role you will have skills and experience that includes:
Recruitment and onboarding processes
Supporting line managers in generalist HR processes such as absence
Acting as first point of contact for employee enquiries
Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives
CCHA owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire.
