Payroll Officer job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Finance team for a Payroll Officer for The Constellation Trust. Working under the direction of the Trust's Finance Manager and with our External Payroll Provider, the post holder will administer The Constellation Academy Trust's payroll and act as a first point of contact for staff and the Finance team for all Payroll and Pension enquiries.
Salary: Grade 7, Point 20 £31,586 - Point 24 £34,134 for 37 hours per week, all year round with a minimum annual leave allowance of 26 days per year. Would consider part-time solutions and potential job share.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with:
1. Previous experience working in a similar role;
2. Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy;
3. Good organisational and workload management skills;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism;
6. Proficiency in ICT.
