The role: The quantity surveying role has been created due to a recent promotion and a number of new instructions with in the commercial, healthcare and sciences sectors. These projects range from a few million through to £60 million new build. This highly regarded professional company offer cost management, project management, employer's agent and contract administration services, alongside other related advisory services. Their clients include charities, developers, end-users, education providers, leisure operators and financial institutions. The role will see you work in a close-knit team, working on client focused solutions where you will be guided and supported by a strong leadership team. You will be given a good breadth of projects to be involved with and run, these projects will include a nice diversity between pre and post contract, ranging from £125k though to £60 million. These projects along with your and the company's commitment will give you a great platform to complete your apc in a timely manner and b uild your career. About you: You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying. A good grounding in the industry, ideally with in a client, contractor or consultancy. Experience of working with NEC forms of contract would be advantageous.
