Who You Are You are an experienced Support Worker with a background in working with adolescents facing challenging behaviors. You possess the ability to work collaboratively with carers and as part of a wider team. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. A full driving license and access to a car are essential, along with an Enhanced Child and Adult DBS. What the Job Involves This role involves working within Cardiff’s experienced team to provide flexible and responsive care packages. You will engage in respite, intervention, outreach, and family support, working directly with young people in their homes and at our centers. Your goal will be to deliver structured, evidence-based interventions that help families develop problem-solving skills and resilience, leading to positive change. You will respond rapidly to children and families in crisis to prevent family breakdown and further escalation of issues.
