IT Administrator - Knottingley
£25,000 to £26,500 per annum
As a growing organisation, we are now looking to fill the role of IT Administrator on a full-time basis to support the wider IT Department, with responsibility for supporting the effective and efficient functioning of the IT process throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of IT assets
* Keep IT master data up to date (e.g., distribution lists, security groups)
* Provision of routine IT reports
* Providing advice and guidance on day-to-day IT-related issues on request
* Monitor adherence across the organisation to documented IT Policies and Procedures
* Perform the building of company Android devices (mobiles/tablets) to current standards
* Manage mobile phone and landline phone-related issues
* Administer rollouts of new assets in accordance with the programme
* Ensure that the approval matrix is appropriate and up to date
* Escalate support issues with key suppliers
* Raise any issues to the line manager
Person Specification:
* Excellent Communication ability – Essential
* Ability to record details accurately – Essential
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills – Essential
* Ability to work under pressure and remain focused on key tasks – Essential
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills – Essential
* Work on own initiative and be self-motivated – Essential
Experience:
* Experience of working in a large organisation and in a complex environment – Desirable
Skills, Knowledge, and Aptitudes:
* Good all-round knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Essential
* Excellent diagnostic skills – Essential
Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs grade (A-C) or equivalent including English & Maths – Essential
* Educated to A-Level or B-Tec level – Essential
* A DBS will be required for this role.
