About the Role The role is responsible for providing an efficient and responsive service to business clients to support their talent recruitment needs. You will develop the number and quality of placement and graduate vacancy opportunities for identified sectors. The role will encompass all of the following: Deliver an outstanding service to customers in order to help maximise repeat business, develop new business and the conversion of warm leads into projects, placement and graduate opportunities. Use IT systems to accurately capture and report data relating to employer engagement activity, placement journey tracking and placement data against targets. Deliver employer recruitment information, advice and guidance and promote the wider service offer to employers to support their recruitment needs Validate and upload all opportunities and work closely with the student employability teams ensuring vacancies and employers exacting requirements are effectively promoted to students Undertake employer health and safety checks and risk profiling and escalate issues as required. Track and monitor response data such as responses to opportunities and applications, obtaining feedback directly and proactively from employers. Promote, organise and host all employer recruitment activity such as interviews and assessment centres and assist the student facing team to help promote events to students For more details, please take a look at the role profile.
