This company is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across the region and they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Temporary HR Advisor and Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis! You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and managing the internal recruitment process to ensure they attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees.
* Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve employee retention.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
* Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
* Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
* Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a solid background in recruitment, ideally within the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of HR policies, procedures, and employment law, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently, and proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
