Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Liverpool Salary: £25,000 per annum Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract Adaptable Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established business based in Liverpool to find a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities: Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and resolving any discrepancies Reconciling supplier statements and managing queries Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations Requirements: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role is desirable If no experience, candidates must be studying AAT or be a finance-related graduate Strong understanding of financial processes and systems Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment For more information contact Nichola Watson at Adaptable Recruitment
