You will be working within the Customer Care Team and will be responsible for case managing customerplaints and enquiries from stakeholders, ensuring the highest service standards from receipt to resolution, as well as capturing and sharing learning fromplaints to enable improvements to customer journey.
Your new role
You will manageplaints in line with bothplaints policy and procedures and the Housing Ombudsman Code, to deliver a fair, empathetic, timely and customer-centric response to their customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, C and above.
You must have good experience working in a customer service environment, ideally in aplaint handling role.
You will have experience of managingplex and sensitive customer queries.
You must have excellent awareness of the diverse needs of customers.
You must have the ability to analyse, interpret andpare data/information from various sources, toplete detailed investigations and provide accurate and clear responses to customers.
This role is not working in the contact Centre.
It is aplexpliant investigation.
