Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer with a passion and experience of working on VRVs? This company is recruiting due to workload and a new contract.
As a VRV Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems. You will work on a wide variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring that systems are operating efficiently and effectively while providing high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair VRV/VRF HVAC systems.
* Conduct troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs for system malfunctions.
* Perform system testing and commissioning.
* Carry out regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
* Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and staff.
* Work closely with clients to ensure their HVAC needs are met.
* Complete reports and documentation for all work completed.
* Ensure that all work complies with safety and industry standards.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of VRV/VRF systems.
* Strong understanding of HVAC principles and electrical systems.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, F-Gas, or equivalent).
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and customer service experience.
* Full UK driving license (or applicable local license).
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with a variety of VRV/VRF manufacturers (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, etc.).
* Knowledge of refrigerant handling and related regulations.
* Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
