We're searching for a diligent administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the leadership of the company. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, communication (phone and email), travel planning, process development and documentation, organization, and budgeting/accounting tasks. Applicants should be self-motivated, extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in customer service. Hours/schedule and work location are flexible. Responsibilities
1. Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner.
2. Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel.
3. Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs.
2. Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work.
3. Customer service experience in our industry is preferred.
4. Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication.
5. Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply.
Compensation
$40,000 yearly
