Job summary We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Dispenser to support and enhance our technical team. Your role will involve the dispensing and labelling of medicines for in-patients, out-patients and discharges, working at ward level as part of a discharge team, greeting patients at the pharmacy reception where you will receive and issue prescriptions. Unfortunately, this role does not meet the criteria required to qualify for sponsorship Main duties of the job You will need good communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You must be able to work accurately and quickly under pressure and be committed to the delivery of high standards in a patient focused service. Previous pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided, plus you will be required to study for and gain the NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services.
