As a thriving eCommerce business, we are looking to strengthen our Sales Team.
The Sales & Events Coordinator will be a key member of our team. They will be responsible for generating income for Pipers Farm through organising and exhibiting at Events, prospecting new B2B customers and attending networking events.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact for Sales & Events
* Responding to incoming calls and emails in a clear, accurate and professional manner.
* Provide customer quotes and manage orders
* Prospect new customers as leads to pass on to the Business Development Manager
* Attend Networking Events
* Build relationships with new and existing customers, to obtain repeat business and maximise sales opportunities.
* Create and maintain a database of enquirers, pulling reports and analysis as needed
* Arrange and attend events alongside our Brand team, representing Pipers Farm
Event Planning & Sales
* Establish operational requirements for events, including organising, setting up and attending.
* Attending events over night and at weekends
* Arrange for set up and break down of events
* Build relationships with event organisers to showcase Pipers Farm
* Arrange events internally with Marketing and Brand to ensure all collateral/promotions are complete prior to the event.
* Prospecting new events to attend to support the growth of Pipers Farm
* Prospecting new Wholesale and Retail customers
* Account managing existing customer relationships and ensuring that orders are placed timely and delivered effectively.
* Working with the Business development team to achieve budgets
* Being responsible for a sales target.
Requirements
* Experience and knowledge of; enquiry conversions, monthly revenue performance against target
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident and well spoken, excellent telephone manner
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
* Experience of working within Events & Sales
* Previous experience in event coordination is a plus
* Excellent people skills.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Business Development Manager
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
